RESERVATION POLICY
A deposit of the first night plus taxes are requested in order to guarantee your reservation.
Once we have received your deposit, we will send you the rental contract which you should sign and send to us.
Note that the apartment is only reserved for you upon receipt of your reservation deposit
and the signed rental contract. A confirmation will be sent to you with the details about of the apartment.
At your arrival, you must pay the balance of your stay with valid credit card and show us a piece of government-issued photo.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of 500.00cad or the equivalent in EUROS or USD that you must also pay at the same time as the reservation deposit, in the event of breakage, theft, unsanitary conditions, cigarette smells, late departure, loss of key or breakage ect). Security deposit refundable after satisfactory inspections of your apartment at the end of the stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your reservation and wish to receive a refund of your reservation deposit, please do so within 72 hours of your reservation.
If you cancel within 72 hours after your booking 100% of the amount of the first night plus taxes will be not refund , also if during your stay at LoftsJC, also if the the guest must end his stay for any reason, he will not have a refund.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME
Arrival: from 4 p.m. until 16 p.m. (for arrivals after 7 p.m. please contact us). Early arrivals will only be possible on request and subject to availability.
Departure: until 10:00 a.m - departures after 10:00 a.m. will be subject to an additional charge of $25 + taxes will be applied for late departures after 11:00 a.m. After 14 p.m., the total price of an additional night will be charged.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a guest of our apartment, you are required to be agree by the house rules. Your behavior should be responsible. Treat our possessions as if they were your own, taking care to restore them to their original state.
Two adults can occupy the apartment. Note that charges will apply if the number of people is different from that of the initial booking.
Gatherings and comings and goings are prohibited. Your guests are your responsibility.
The apartment will only be used as a temporary residence. Parties, commercial, professional or illegal activities will not be tolerated.
LOFTSJC is a 100% non-smoking establishment. Please note that smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including balconies and the garden courtyard.
Minimum charge of $350.00 CAD will be applied if evidence of smoking is discovered, such as cigarette odor, ashes or cigarette butts in the trash cans.
Failure to follow these rules may result in the loss of your security deposit or eviction.
Any anomaly in the apartment must be reported to us immediately. We will do our best to fix it as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for your personal effects during your stay in our apartments. You will need to obtain the necessary insurance to ensure your protection, at your own expense.
Emergency exits can only be used in an emergency. They are equipped with an alarm system connected to a control. Charges will be charged to your account for false alarms. A fine may be charged to your credit card for unnecessary use.
The redesigned apartments are built on different levels and are not suitable for people with reduced mobility and sight. We are not responsible for accidents.
Shoes with stiletto heels, shoes with hard soles (noise) or dirty and/or wet prohibited.
Keep a reasonable volume for the music. Excessive noise after 20 p.m. is not tolerated.
It is understood that, on the day of your departure, the apartment and its contents must be returned in good condition. You will find in the apartment a descriptive sheet and as leaves the place. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your security deposit.
LOSS OF KEY
Loss of keys, 60.00cad+ tax will be debited from your security deposit.
BEFORE AND AFTER COVID_19
We will continue to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and train staff to apply proper disinfection techniques and thorough cleaning between stays.
